Sad to say the sizing was off for me. I'm a US12 in my adidas runners, which almost run on the firm/tight side, yet the glenburn's feel a size or at least half a size too big for me. Also for all the skaters wondering, they don't have the elastic to keep the tongue straight, which for me (probably due to the sizing) slips to the side pretty fast. As for wear and tear, these things actually hold up super good in that department. I had a weird thing happen on one of the soles, where the rubber like chipped off chunks on the edges, but doesn't really affect how they skate so far. Finally the tech in the sole is ok, the blue mid sole thing that runs up to half way is good, but it almost feels weird where it stops and goes back to super thin sole, in that section the shoe suddenly feels too loose and floaty, but you get used to it. Walking around in the shoe, it makes a pretty heavy sounding 'clop' as your heels hit the ground, so theres a fair bit of weight back there. Overall not a bad shoe at all, I'd be interested to see how an 11 or 11.5 feels before buying another pair.
